To establish functional partnerships between NGOs and hotels / guesthouses, using the platform and published group offers.
Description
Identify and facilitate partnerships between NGOs and accommodation providers interested in hosting group bookings. Partnerships must be published in the platform and usable for real bookings.
Deliverables (definition of “done”)
✔️ NGO – hotel/guesthouse partnership confirmed and active in the platform
✔️ First group booking completed for each partnership
KPI / Contribution tracking
1 active partnership = recorded contribution
1 first group booking = additional recorded contribution
Contributions are tracked per partnership, not per subsequent volume
Note
Further bookings may generate revenue, but the contribution is recognized at partnership activation and at the first group booking.
